We are looking for a director of our Landsports program at our children`s camp in Muskoka, Ontario. The successful candidate should have a love and teachable skills/rules in all areas of sport including: basketball, soccer, football, baseball, etc. Responsibilities include teaching skills, running drills and clinics, developing camp leagues and coaching inter-camp sport competition teams.
Leadership skills are important as the successful candidate would become part of our Head Staff, providing camp-wide leadership to both campers and younger staff members working at camp. We are looking for highly enthusiastic individuals with prior experience working with children.
Camp New Moon is a children’s summer camp located in Muskoka that has been in operation since 1960. Children aged 7-16 attend camp each summer for durations ranging from 1 to 7 weeks. New Moon is proud to offer a wide range of instructional activities for campers to participate in throughout the summer.
