REPORTS TO HEAD OFFICE
- Coordinates handling and organizing of all transportation relating to campers, staff and athletes
Pro’s – Organizing airport pick up and drop off
Staff – Support all staff for Sign in/out, Bus Duty and any other needs
Parents - Charging and Invoicing Families for Bus and Airport
Shuttle Transportation- Organization of Transportation Forms Campers
- Organize staff for weekly bus monitor positions
- Provide updated lists of busing campers for pick up and drop off
- Ensure each child is picked up/dropped off with parent/guardian.
- Brief Bus Monitors on bus duty responsibilities
- Work directly with the camp Driver to schedule town runs, pickups/drop-offs and maintenance of vehicles
- Maintain vehicles including monitoring cleanliness and schedule service appointments


Overall Roles and Responsibilities of Office Staff:
- Monitor and answer emails
- Maintain office administrations- Print bunk notes,
paperwork, parents, campers
- Answer phone calls, handle general inquiries
- Continual Staff Development
- All other roles to be determined by Head of Office

Senior Staff Responsibilities:
- Carry out all Senior Staff duties, meetings and be consistently involved in all camp programs
- Uphold Staff Accountability structures: remaining fair and unbiased at all times
- Be a role model of Olympia`s mission and vision and actively support all staff by going above and beyond typical call of duty

Job Requirements:

- Experience in office related work and/ or administration
- Attention to detail
- Good organization and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good work ethic and responsible
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- G2 or G licence (or international equivalent) preferred
- Standard First Aid and CPR-C
