Since 1961, CNIB Lake Joseph Centre (commonly known as "Lake Joe") has provided enriching experiences through a wide range of programs for the blind, partially-sighted and deaf-blind communities. As a fully accessible lakefront facility located in the Muskoka region, Lake Joe is a place where individuals who are blind or partially-sighted have an opportunity to develop skills, make friends, participate in activities and be themselves in a safe, supportive environment.

Lake Joe offers a unique combination of recreation and vision rehabilitation programs for children, youth, adults and families. There is something fun and exciting for everyone – from canoeing, kayaking, waterskiing, swimming and sailing, to exploring nature, fishing, arts and crafts, and making lifelong memories out around the campfire.
