We long for kids to encounter Jesus in relevant, powerful ways and for their lives to be transformed by the Holy Spirit. We are known for our horsemanship program, but we also have activities from extreme sports to out-tripping (not all staff work at the barn). Staff must attend training, but then can work for 1 - 8 weeks of the summer. We are big on positive staff culture and honor. Working here is an incredible opportunity to go deep with God.
