They will ensure the development, delivery of all programs while maintaining the safety and security of the campers. They will also be encouraged to develop new and innovative programming.

Ability to share in the care of the animals will also be required.

- Horseback riding experience
- Wildlife Biology or Ecology Degree would be an asset
- Experience teaching or working in a camp setting
- Experience with a variety of farm animals including: goats or sheep, bunnies, chickens
