Founded in 1936, Camp Tamakwa is a coed children`s overnight summer camp located in beautiful Algonquin Provincial Park. We offer a diverse in-camp program with over 20 activities as well as a canoe tripping program.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, responsible, flexible individual to fill the role of our Kayak Director.
Your primary job is to run a safe and fun kayak dock where campers learn to kayak and have fun and feel confident on the water.
A typical day consists of teaching skills, implementing goals, managing staff, and keeping kids safe and happy.
Must have experience kayaking, and teaching kayaking/ rescues
Bronze Cross minimum
Dates: June 17- August 17
