The Head Lifeguard is responsible for guarding about 5 hour long periods per day, organizing and supervising our small lifeguarding team. May lead beginner level canoe and kayak classes. We have a small waterfront on a beautiful lake. The Head Lifeguard will also be a cabin leader most weeks, when not at the waterfront.
